Biography

For the past 15 years, my work has been shaped by a blend of dramatic
presence, physical performance, and a visually driven storytelling instinct. After
transitioning from parkour into acting and filmmaking, I trained in acting at the
New York Acting Studio in Athens (2014–2017) and studied filmmaking at the
Prague Film School (2013–2014), gaining a deeper understanding of
character, narrative, and the emotional truth of a scene.

Before entering the film industry, I built a career as an internationally recognized
professional parkour athlete and coach, becoming one of the earliest women to
practice the discipline and helping bring it into mainstream visibility. That early
work led to international campaigns for FordCadbury, and Vodafone, and
opened the door to action-oriented principal-role auditions for Jason Bourne,
Assassin’s Creed, and The Avengers, among others. I have also been
featured in magazines and TV programs for my role in the early stages of
parkour. Alongside this, I have trained in classical ballet, contemporary dance,
and many other forms of movement since childhood.

As a filmmaker, I have directed, produced, and edited narrative shorts and
music videos, including an MTV-featured called “Circus”, and contributed
cinematography and editing to award-winning short films. In addition to my work
on screen and behind the camera, I am the founder of Sandy & Salty Swim, a
small, creative, sustainable women’s swimwear and activewear brand inspired
by my passion for surfing and yoga.

I am drawn to roles that explore emotional range, artistic movement, and
genuine storytelling, characters that evolve and reach depths.
